Quality and Customer Orientation

It is the aim of the company EGST, s.r.o. to render services in the manner optimally satisfying needs and requirements of existing and potential customers in respect to conformity, reliability, safety of used products, quality, delivery terms and scope of works and services. EGST, s.r.o. intends to satisfy these requirements by maximum utilization of its employees’ knowledge and skills, its suppliers’ experience and utilization of new science and technology knowledge.

It is the aim of employees of EGST, s.r.o. to convince a customer of their maximum efforts to satisfy the customer requirements by their conduct, responsibility and care for quality of all their works.

The company received the first ISO 9000 certificate in 1999. Since that time the entire scope of its activities starting with procurement, warehousing, production, assembly and service and ending with designing, trading and work organization has been regularly recertified. The company was later recertified according to the standard ISO 9001:2008.
